Lancers kicking zerkers from groups should be bannable.
I don't know what you guys have seen, but for me, I have seen WAY more plate armor drop than both Leather and Cloth combined.
So yes, Lancers may say they need the gear, but you will probably find they ALREADY have the gear and they are just being greedy so they can make money of the AH or in the case of BoP make some money from a general merchant.
Enmasse needs to step up and do something about lancers abusing this and also add a greed button for loot rolls.

It is DPS players with attitudes like that which are messing everything up for everyone. With the continued existence of DPS attitudes like that I fully endorse Lancer's current behavior until a full tanking revamp is undertaken.
GET IN COMBAT AND JUST KITE [filtered] AROUND... THEY CAN'T KICK YOU FOR 2 MINUTES AFTER COMBAT BEGINS... SO JUST TROLL THEIR GROUP IF THEY'RE GONNA KICK YOU, THAT'S WHAT I DO.
Like I said in other topics, Lancer are running around like GOD's. Give us other Tank class!
Mmm... I wonder if this sort of thing goes on in K-TERA. Are the Lancers there "douchebags" or do they do the right thing and accept they share gear with Berserkers? Are the Asians looking at North Americans and thinking, "Man, they're all douchebags. Glad I don't play there."?
Last I know, party members were supposed to be a team, not a gruop of individuals. Anyone agreeing with lancers being bossy, are no worse than the bullies theselves.

This sort of behavior could easily be fixed if the queue system would automatically replace kicked players with players of the same class. Douchebag lancer kicks a Berserker, he just gets another Berserker. Problem solved.
