why? the new hours are so bad for anybody who plays this game past umm i dont know.. say... 8pm? its horrible. why would you do this? now you cant get support for bg/nexus after? the new hours of limited support are bad :(

And o.o? to be honest most game don't even have live chat support period. Ticket still get responded really fast as well. you can't expect a game to always be able to pull that kinda of support if they don't have the sub to back it.

EME is likely budgeting after subscription loss. 24/7 service was a boon, but not entirely necessary.

Although what if you have a massive bug / game error? What if two people enter Granarkus Nexus Traverse instead of Zulifikar Nexus Traverse (weekend, post 9PM PST times) and end up in their own instance? I don't exactly know how to contact GMs in game for an issue like this...

while 8pm is rather early, live support 24/7 wasnt a must have at all, if you queue after say 11-12 there is pretty much no line at all in the queue so why waste money paying a gm to sit there helping maybe 20-30 people a night when you can get them to work earlier and have them help hundreds

so you think the population mainly plays prior to 8 pm?
like i said, 8pm is early but around 11-12 most of the population is asleep. if it would hit say 11 thats already 2 am for east coast players and this is NA tera so yes most of the population plays between 4-10pm. allowing kids to get off school or people to get off work.
