Low level quests as you get higher?

Do low level quests ever get to a point that you can't do them? I want to at least turn them in so that I can read all the lore and stories. I only ask because I feel like I am out leveling stuff so fast still even at 40 that I have almost completely had to skip 2 zones already.

I also don't do tons of dungeons if you are wondering. I only do just enough dungeons to get my story quests completed. Thanks for any info some high level people might be able to give me on this.

Celestial Hills - Roleplay (PVE)
Popori Lancer
Only repeatable quests (Yellow ! with cycling arrows at the base) have a max level limit.

There is no need to fear about locking yourself out of story and zone quests by over levelling.

There is one time you can outlevel a quest. I leveled while inside BOL and because that level put me over the limit allowed for the dungeon while inside, two of my dungeon quests became greyed out and I was unable to make progress on them, or turn them in.

I'm pretty sure those 2 are repeatable "suppression" ones you get after finishing the initial BoL quests. You can't progress or turn those in but the non-repeatable ones you can even if they're greyed out. The level limit is only for queueing with the LFD tool. You can still go back as a L60 to finish them if you wanted to.
