Rule number one: Make sure the game is stable you have release TERA prematurely
Rule number two: Never rebalance a game too fast. You have already created new mess with character transfer and new PVP server.
Rule number Three: Don’t make empty promises to your community. Stop posting trivial information on face book.
Rule number four: Acknowledging problems quickly and with details. People will understand if it’s informative. Players respect the time it takes to make something awsome.
Rule number five: Find ways to retain your current beta players. I have canceled due to your stability issues and premature decision making.

One: The game is not officially released until tomorrow. They are fixing the issues as we speak.
Two: Server transfers are one element that is universally demanded at launch but so far only TERA has done.
Three: They post what they know
Four: Bwahahahahahahahaha. Did you really just say people will "understand?". You are simply trolling or very naive.
Five: You cancelled due to the changes days ago. How can the stability issue make you quit? You are quitting harder?

You had your hissy fit a few days ago and are still here.

I would ask you to leave gracefully but we already know that you are incapable of that.

Didn't you say you cancelled a while back?

What, are you re-ordering and canceling again each time something goes wrong?

You sound like a loser and have nothing else to do with your life so stop lying about cancelling, because if you really did cancel you might as well suicide.

wow you cancelled, I respect your dedication to your childish temper tantrum... oh wait no I don't

Enjoy re-leveling you character in a few hours or days when the game is running smoothly and we are all having fun while you "stick to your guns" about how bad of an experience you had..for 1 day.

I canceled pre order over two days ago. I happen to have loads of real world code exp and I saw the writing in advance. I even had many discussions with CS. I’m glad I canceled. Game is hyped and premature.

Just like a stock market you need to know when to sell short. Game has possibilities. But currently stability sucks and you won’t catch me wasting my time waiting in a slot for a preview. The rate the title is going they will be a F2P model shortly becasue many of the testers are disgusted.

I’m glad I canceled.

I never respond to venomous posts. Response likes yours and his surely demonstrates your character flaws.
