Hi, is there a reason why my fps drops from 80 to 26 when nexus event starts even though I am no where near a nexus?

There is seriously something wrong with this game.

So apparently, this game does not load what's on your screen. IT LOADS THE ENTIRE MAP. Wow, just bad.

It's too much data to propogate I couldn't even begin to count the number of people involved in the last nexus event I was in.

I can tell you it was easily over 150.
That's a lot of freaking characters to track, relay, and even to render locally.

It's beyond the number of on screen players for any fps game I've ever played.

This kind of massive event was just asking for problems.
If turn out stays like it is I seriously doubt they'll ever be able to completely fix it.
It's just way too much client/server communication to hash out to 200 players at once.
I don't think the logistics of it are going to work out like this.
