Missing Collector's Edition Items

Hello all. I'm missing the lion mount and the two necklaces from the collector's edition. I purchased the digital collector's edition from Amazon and the promised items are not in my item claim. This screenshot in from about 10 minutes ago:


I opened a ticket about this a few days ago and I was told that the item have been added to my account. So, I know I have them I just cannot access them:


Anyone have any ideas for a work-around? I'd really, really like to have my lion. Thanks!

That displays only the Olive Bandit Mask. The collector's edition items are still missing.

I bought the digital collectors edition from amazon as well. I didn't see mine until I setup a subscription option.

I'm surprised you were able to setup a subscription. Did you wait until your free 30 days ran out? When I try to subscribe I get:
"Subscription Activation Error
It appears that you have an existing TERA subscription set up or have one pending."
I really don't want to wait 30 days to get my collector's edition items.

I bought 2 copies for friends from Amazon,

They have the item when they logged in. One already setup an subscription, another did not.

My support ticket was just updated and my Item Claim has been reset:


Logged in and I'm still missing the collector's edition items:



The puzzle pieces are starting to line up here. The items are attached to my account. That's been confirmed by two GMs. Could this be something with my client? Like a bad download/patch? Wondering if deleting my entire Tera directory and starting from scratch would fix this.

Logged into my account on another computer with a fresh install of Tera. Still missing the collector's edition items. I'm running out of ideas now.
