No I was just genuinely curious as to what urgent issues you thought they were ignoring. Chat bugs were the ones driving me crazy and they got largely squished for me in a recent patch. Sounded to me like you thought there was something major they were ignoring.

I wouldn't say some issues are being ignored however there are on-going issues that have not yet(notice that) addressed. Many in the forums including subscription,sound,lfg,istances etc. just off the top of my head...
This Mission Statement was one of the main reasons I purchased the game..

you Notice, you want a weapon skin the Website works perfectly... you try to cancel your subscription THAT is Buggy, and THAT is still Buggy..and Unfixed.. I mean...
People trying to NOT give them More Money, because they no longer wish to spend their Moneyn here.... and... that part of the website still needing to be repaired, makes perfect sense....
but being able to charge for cash shop exclusive items...yes, I see why that gets priority.
