Let me just say I love this game, the combat is so much fun and I cant wait to see what else EME has in store for us.
There is just one thing I think is kind of annoying: Monster respawn rate. Its just too damn fast. Its like 30 seconds, and in some cases even less. In a game where most of the quests are "Kill X mobs in this area cause they are making life for us difficult" - it would be nice if I felt like I was actually 'clearing' the area. Instead I just bounce back and forth between the same 3 spawn points and when I'm ready to turn in the quest the area I just 'cleared' is still overflowing with monsters, making it feel like I did nothing, and thus eliminating any feeling of immersion or that I'm actually accomplishing something in the game world.
This problem is also exaggerated in situations where you might have to kill a named BAM. The fight feels epic, and you feel awesome as you land that killing blow and watch the BAM fall. You then throw down a campfire to recover after the exhausting battle and BOOM the BAM respawns like 10 seconds later...any feeling of accomplishment or like you had actually done something significant in the game world fade and I am reminded that my character's actions really have no meaning or impact.
In a game like Tera, which is an RPG, I feel like this is a very important thing that EME is overlooking. There really is no reason respawn timers should be as fast as they currently are. ESPECIALLY because there are multiple channels!! I mean this alone would make having 2 or 3 mintue respawn timers completely reasonable (In EQ respawn timers were around 20 minutes just to give you some perspective). If a group of monsters you need are down, switch to a less populated channel, it only takes a few seconds.
People just want things handed to them too quickly these days in MMOs, and its really coming at a great cost to the feeling of immersion and accomplishment.
