Hey I was wondering who else is getting this and if there is a way to fix it. Any time I move my mouse in Tera my framerate would go down twofold, this is a shame because I could easily be getting 50-60fps average if this was not the issue. I use an IME 3.0 with no drivers.

You can try getting drivers.

the IME 3.0 doesn't have any driver software other then the primary identification drivers. no it's not a problem with the mouse itself, same problem using a controller or any device at all that moves the cursor on your screen. polling rate doesn't change anything either.

Are you playing in a windowed or fullscreen mode? Changing this could help, or disabling desktop window management/aero within Windows.
It's also possible that the mouse itself isn't the issue. Other information about your computer could be helpful.

I get the same issue and so does my brother. I'm on a mid range pc and my brother is on a $4k enthusiast pc he built him self. Moving the cursor period causes at least 20 fps droppage.
