So far I have had one baaaad day. It all started with this error when i log in to tera
Error: 8000:0001

TERA’s servers will be open for the following events:

4/13 - 4/17: Early Character Creation for Pre-Order Customers
4/19 - 4/20: OBT Early Access for Pre-Order Customers
4/20 - 4/23: OBT Access for all Customers

I pre-ordered the physical collectors edition from enmasse web site, and my account says trail on it I thought this was the norm thinking it was in beta and my account would be upgraded when the game went live. But I just learned from my friends that their accounts say standard.
Should I be concerned about this I can not log in to take a name while my friends have no problem doing so, so I am starting to wonder what else I won't get with my pre-order. I was able to play threw the last 2 cb (pre-ordered the game after the 3rd).

It doesn't matter anymore, I already stole your name brah.

Something didn't get done right, I can't say what though as I ordered the digital edition.

I'd suggest opening a chat with EME and explaining the situation to them, they're pretty helpful with these sorts of things.

you reloaded the launcher right? if you left it open, or you didnt pre-order, you may run into that.

Did your friend preorder the physical collectors edition also? Maybe people who preorder the digital edition already got their game code so its standard. I'm not sure if it's related or not but I've preorder my physical copy from gamestop and my account also say trial too. I log on and everything fine. I only got that error when it was before 7:00. I exit and relog and it works for me.

I also recently upgrade to the digital collection edition from enmass and now my account has an unredeemed code for the mount and item until may 1st. Until I get my physical copy of the game that come with a new code to make it standard.

If you've purchased a physical box, the game account should say 'trial' until they get the actual box and apply that code to their accounts.

But if you are having an issue with the Early Character Creation, definitely contact Support team and ask them specifically.
