I remember long ago, in a land far, far away... when EME stated that we had our own dedicated development team in Korea that would make sure we would never be months behind KTera game builds like we have seen from other ports of Asian games in the past. Yet here we are without Battlegrounds, Nexus (Rifts), training grounds, Mystery boxes (economy is messed up w/o them), and lack of BOE Golds (because of your BOP changes on gold items which again messes up L60 enchanting mat availability and again - the game economy).
So our version of this game in all its incomplete glory is sadly lacking (and lagging) behind KTera, totally lagging behind the Korean version contrary to your promises.
Technically we have the same patch as Ktera, the features such as the nexus are just turned off. It is believed that they are turned off because it takes a lot of 60s to close them and they didn't want the high level areas over run with them until there were enough 60s.
KTera plays and hammers out the bugs and we get the finished product? With a system like that who needs test servers?
The glass might be half full or half empty.
I wish they would release the Nexuses even if they don't think there are enough people (whatever that number is). It will be much more of an accomplishment if we can finish all the stages with fewer people rather than waiting for the complete zerg-fest that KTera Nexuses are. And if there really aren't enough people and we can't close them, they disappear after about an hour anyway, and we'll try again next time.
These things are being strategically released.
The Nexus was actually tested in the closed beta. The code is already in the game files. I am sure the battlegrounds are there too.
Most of the player base is still leveling. If you are have been sitting at Max level for a few weeks then you are in the high minority and it would not make business sense to cater to you.
