I know mmo's have issues at launch, but heres the thing. I own the disc version of the game, cant install the game using the cd's because something on disc two is corrupt. Fine, whatever I can accept that because you let me download a digital version of the game.

So I downloaded the game, and I cant even load up the launcher. Just when I double click the launcher it just pretends like its gonna open something up by showing me the hourglass on my cursor then goes back to normal, and thats about it.

So I download the game again because now I cant even run a launcher or hell see anything, and yep does it again. So this last time I downloaded it again but this time saved the launcher.exe since aparenttly the patch likes to delete important files like that. Alright now I get to see the patch again, let me just log in here.....Oh snap I have 0 days to play. Where is my 30 free days?

So let's recap. I was sold a faulty disc, strike one, I was sold a broken game I can't even start, strike two, and finally I was told I was getting 30 free days which I didn't get. Strike three. Refund my money since gamestop wont.

just double checked, yeah its installed.

sounds like an issue with firewall or anti-virus check those maybe disable them if you havent tried it.
