I agree with a lot of the pro's that have been listed but how do you guys see BAM's as a pro.
Sure they were interesting at first and they make sense to be in instances. But every zone has BAM quests and BAM's take so long to kill. They just kinda lose the epicness because you end up fighting BAM's so often.
At 18 fighting basilisks it's amazing. Then it just becomes annoying. Kill 5 BAM's that have insane health and really don't do anything different than the lower level ones that you killed.
Rifts were fun in RIFT. They were a new mechanic that they should have played more into instead of making it feel like a gimick. Hopefully TERA doesnt follow the same path.
Lol the only one making yourself look like anything is you winter. The 'rest of us'(rofl whatever that's suppose to mean, stuck-ups?Or just players who play and don't care) sensation doesn't count that well. The catgirl characters in the game, it was designed by BHS, people choose classes they want, and that's about it. It's obvious there's been crazy hate going on LFD/Area-Chat/Forum regardless towards those players who choose that class. Course' that part is conveniently unmentioned.

As for TERA think about Monster Hunter 3 combat with a P2P subscription, and questing. No end-game content right now. Community could be 30x times better in-game and out-game. Just a lot of "omgz a new game i never seen before" crowd going on right now. Then people hatin for no real reason other than personal stuff over some polygons(and game politics/censorship to go with it) and whatnot.
Been a trend of selective grouping in-game too with classes(so don't panic if you get kicked for a class, just find another group). Some recent exploits(that's been fixed today), and battle-grounds that are suppose to be coming sometime soon in later summer. Max character level's 60 as of now.

-Modern day quest-based mumbo jumbo. Dang if you do, eff'd if you don't. This game reaks of grindbased but most gamers today have been brainwashed for quests.
-The quests suck. BAM quests should be limited, not in abundance that makes ya crinch when handed one. Yes so don't do them I know. Stfu.
-The quests suck, part II - Yes they suck. Talk to X, go to Y, kill xZ, talk to Y go back to X now port outside room talk to Y port back talk to X again kill Z talk to ... *shoots self* (twice)
-Beautiful graphics yet lack the MMO feel entirely.
-Beautiful world to explore yet no point.
-Skillbased action but still holy trinity.
-Community is crap because most came from Warcrap, and won't stfu about it in pretty much any public channels. And in group chat. And in guild chat. And open chat. And in any chat as if it's anymore than a kid's game. I know they do this in every mmo since wow but it still pissed me off.
-Plain story line. That's if you bother to read it.
-Tera's fanbois are dumber than the ones in FFXIV.
-Endgame is grind for gear just like other games however this one is grindacious.
-The crafting system is as useful a slashing your own wrists.
So basically, you have a great action based game with gorgeous graphics. Everything else is from sucky to blah. Big thing here is future MMOs may well be build in this mold (actionbased), and we're experiencing the true beginning.
This all depends if you're willing to make the transition from a Diablo single player hack and slash RPG with multiplayer elements to an MMO. Different animals.
