Why does it need to be removed? There's been enough removed from the game that only needed tweaking. Just nerf it. 30% reflect after stacking is absurd.

I seen reflect is 99% of all games, why should this be different?

Because it doesn't do near as much in other games as it does in this one. He's shooting arrows at a ranged target, and in return he loses most of his HP. Doesn't matter if he can evade the enemy or not, he is basically killing both his target and himself (probably at the same rate, no less). That makes absolutely no sense at all

Archer + rain of arrows + 2 afk people with reflect = dead archer
