There is nothing more than vague speculation.
The BHS devs said they were thinking of ideas or something along those lines. But it's all just rumors atm.

It's not rumors. They announced they'd be adding a 9th class last year when they released their update schedule to the public. They just haven't mentioned anything about what the class will be >.> but according to the schedule we should be pretty close to getting it along with other big features.
Yes the new class is a mutant ninja turtle, there are four different types and each wield a different weapon.
