Speed...Could poisons deal an effect with speedy enough cuts deal good amount of dmg?...

Yeah we warriors run around a person in ciircles dodging their asses and cutting them down!!! Good Fun....
Unless we somehow give all the classes unique traits that would make them ALL superpowered....

the issue with balancing stealth is as follows:
1. in order to balance stealth, there is always a penalty in survivability, or speed, or some other penalty. (this is obvious, as in order to add something powerful, you have to take away something to balance)
2. because of the penalty from the previous, the new stealth class becomes pointless... so then the devs start looking for a way to pump up something else the class has to make it more useful
3. after 2, the class is either still underpowered, and thus needs more, going back to 2, or it is overpowered, going back to 1.
this is an endless loop, and this is why stealth classes are always broken in every mmo.
A class having a weak point doesnt make them underpowered. And it wouldnt be underpowered if the damage from the poisons did enough damage. I played a warlock as a main in WoW for years, which used DoTs. In BC we were considered OP, but we still had weak points, and certain classes could roflstomp us.
As for healers cleansing the poisons, just add a penalty that has a chance to proc if the poison is cleansed. Like reduced healing, movement, or something else.
