Wow, there is my weapon skin money going to good use, a worthless troll that makes other people wait for more pressing issues. Fortunately most chat reps have several chat windows going at the same time whenever possible.
I don't see anything that the OP did to attempt to resolve this problem on his own, relogging, trying a rift at a different stage/area, etc..
Besides, why would you continue to farm Nexus rifts after the second or third if you were not getting credit? Seems kind of foolish to me. Your character is set back too much by this little bug which they will likely have fixed by next patch. One set of missed rifts isn't the end of the world...
Don't whine so much about issues outside your control, this is a minor technical glitch in which they should offer no compensation as you were still able to access and play the game. If I [filtered]ed this much in real life when things didn't go 100% my way, I would certainly offend a lot of people.
