Further, this GM wasted how long to 'solve' this problem? Wasting not only his time and the time of the company (also known as riding the clock), but he wasted the time of other players who had opened tickets.

EME has the best employees by far! Keep it up guys and gals with the good work. I speak to so many members of the community who love subscribing to this game because they support a staff that is down to earth and real. The gm has waaaay more patience than I would have had with copper... I bet copper is the kind of individual who believes in entitlement just because he pays for a game he deserves everything...

We will have to agree to disagree because I believe that copper was the one instigating and wasting time not the gm. The gm could have addressed so many other issues with a newly released game rather then a stubborn player.
