This isn't the type of behavior that shows character. This is the type of behavior that shows they can easily dupe and refuse to do what they are capable of, wasting my time to accomplish stuff that could easily be handled.

I have spoken to a LOT of GMs over my time in MMOs, and I have to say that out of all MMOs Blizzard's staff is the most lively and will joke around WHILE solving issues. It's a weird concept, huh? No, actually it's relatively simple.

He provided a screenshot of GM Mary stating that. Also, the GM laughed at him. There's an absolute line for customer support, and laughing at a customer is most certainly past that. He needs to get fired. My opinion of EME just dropped. I certainly hope this is not what all their staff is like, or I'm seriously considering dropping my subscription.

And the OP could've gone and done a few more quests instead of waste everyones time for a few hours, then come here seeking sympathy.

Submit a bug report, move on. Dont spend hours harrassing GM's over xp, they've got more important [filtered] to be dealing with

1) There was no way for him to show the supposed screenshot to the GM, so it was a bluff that the GM couldn't call.

2) We don't even know if what the OP wrote is the true conversation

3) The OP made it quite obvious he was trying to dupe the system. The GM could have made a better decision and just checked to see if there was even a such person as a "GM Mary". Also, there are records of support, so he should have just checked into those. Unfortunately, the GM fell for the OP's trolling and got caught in the feeding pen.
