Well I got my email with buddy codes yesterday lol and I've seen tons of people giving them away so ah I lol at you :)

I believe its only for physical collector's edition of the game. I asked other people I know, and none of them got it, because they didn't have the physical collectors.

I ordered a physical CE, and I haven't gotten any buddy codes.
Not that I need them, but I still find it odd that I never got the email.

Edit; Also, my brother received his codes, and he ordered a digital CE.
