So, I just got kicked from game for not having an active subscription, but when I go to the account management page and go through all the steps to setup my sub, the invoice at the end says I'm being charged $0.00 and it won't setup a subscription. I'm not getting a card declined error, and I checked my account so I know there isn't any conflict on my end. Anyone else having this issue?
Well, I see it's listed under their 'known issues' link under support, so I suppose I'll just contact them and resolve it. Was worried for a minute until I remembered how to read.
Just did the same thing, everything was fine since I started in OBT and now this. Basically the last straw for me.

5 minutes to add it, but how long did it take for you to speak to someone? I'm in Australia so I can't call the number provided and the "Live Chat" option is changing it's ETA constantly from 3mins to 1.5hrs. So far I've only gone from 73 to 64 in the queue. If they have a "temporary fix" as stated on this Known Issues page, why don't they just apply it instead of making me wait over an hour to have it done.
In this profession there are no second chances, that's why it's so important to get some things down immediately such as billing. Threatening of lawsuits do amazing things to speed stuff up, you are an U.S. company right?
Now with that being said you're supposed to have the ability to change your sub today, I'm assuming after maintenance.
