True. Tonight will probably be even worse. Guess I'm out of options!! :( I'll just have to wait and hope they figure it out and take care of it on their own.

i wasn't charged and wasn't able to manage my sub either, after getting verification email saying that my order costed in total of 0.00 >.<

is that being fixed or we just need to chose sub plan and all the rest after the issue is solved?

I just spoke with a GM, because my account was still not "active" after subscribing and getting charged 0.00. So, they gave me a couple of days of play time and said the system should be fixed in a couple of days...

Now being the paranoid person I am, I wonder if this means I wont be able to get my Golden Dragon skins, because it still doesn't say that I'm subscribed; and, a couple of days would be after May 31st. I better get those skins lol!

this is bloody stupid.

Why must we wait in queue to get this fixed? Its 1030pm and theres a queue of 360. Thanks.. but no, im not waiting hours when i actually have stuff to do.

Keep in mind that OUR support is based on US time, where it is not even 8 am on the west coast yet.

This affected a lot of people and there are very few ITs on to help fix the issue. Sadly, you're just in an unlucky timezone.
