I did set up my subscription two times now, still can't login... =/
That FAQ helps almost no one. The major situation is that people are being charged with it still saying "Setup Subscription" and not being able to log in to the game. Your helpful post (103) is not helpful. Some of us have been subing to MMO's for, well, over a decade. While some replies from CS are great, it helps when you differentiate the problems. This general FAQ reply helps noone, and just angers people in queue or with active tickets.
TLDR - "We're working on the issue" was great. The FAQ link with the vague problem that 99.9% of us checked 86 times, was bunk.
I'm not sayin', I'm just sayin'.
So am I~ still waiting~ for this game to stop hating. Had to do it.... So yeah.... been waiting... checked my bank account.... they've billed me for something.... for $16.38 (Dafuq?) Oh and account is still inactive.. You know, I'm fine if this takes a bit to get resolved. But we better get our skins -.- thats all I can on that.
Even if you follow the steps provided from support, you won't be able to log in. Must be a glitch in the matrix. lol
The generic response pointing to the FAQ is going to anger people and do more harm than good. Stop it before you cause yourself more problems.
With that said, my 1 year subscription has been charged and I can still sign into the game as of this morning 5-30-2012. However, I still received the e-mail saying that my subscription had expired and to follow a link to purchase a subscription.
People should check their bank statements before trying to buy a subscription, or you may just buy it twice. Clearly their payment processor is having issues for some reason or other.
