We know players are receiving Subscription Expired errors, even when you've already set up your subscription. We are working on these with our e-commerce vendor.

Well i see you are posting this in every single post that involves sub expired problem. Did go to the FAQ link and it says i should have a button that says "setup subscription" or "mange subscription" in my En Masse account. I dont have either in my en masse account just got 3 buttons/links "download game", "add game time card" and "Transfer character" nothing related to subscription.

Please dont post things like this, they just dont work or help to solve anything at all related to subscription problem and also make as more confuse.

It's a default message what you expect. Best to just sit tight and wait patiently for a fix.

wtf. To me they said they are no longer granting them (like 5 mins ago).

This reminds me of the login issues so many people had on the first day of Head Start. Everyone then said the same thing they're saying now, that it was totally unacceptable, that this was the last straw, that these kinds of "rookie mistakes" were going to be the end of EME. You know what? It was an issue for all of about 3 hours and then everyone quickly forgot about it when they realized what a trivial blip in service it had actually been.

Patience is a virtue that not many seem to have these days. Your accounts will be fixed. Most likely sooner rather than later. And, in the mean time, it seems that EME is granting everyone free game time while they work on the problem. Don't get your jimmies so rustled and throw around ridiculous words like "lawsuit" over what will have amounted to less than 1/3rd of a day of interuption.

@ Heimdul - there are several different issues involved so instead of getting people in-game one by one we are working on a global push to get you all in.
