I had some email issues with not getting emails.
And then some issues with the account armor.
The customer service was SUPERB!
Just nice friendly helpful people.
Puts the jerks at SWTOR to shame.... EA really is a pollutant.

Yeah, i'm pretty sure EA's long-term goal is to become an actual evil empire and turn all games into high-priced half finished garbage and then charge us for the rest of it.
I remember getting an email a couple of weeks back, asking me to rate EME's customer service. There literally wasn't anything negative I could say under any of the categories. They respond quick and efficiently, and quickly try to find a fix for whatever the problem may be. Hoping they'll keep it up once the game launches in May, and our player-base grows (since there will most likely be an increase in tickets submitted).
Best MMO customer service I've ever had, hell best video game customer service I have ever had. I also was not receiving my confirmation email the night CB2 opened. They took care of it within a hour or so.
