i believe the PvP servers are definately more popular than the PvE servers. I think they should have started with 3 PvP servers instead of just VoT/JC and keep the 1 RP-PvP server.

Even BC have a Q and they are Medium

There is a capacity limit for a reason, its not to make it harder for you to play, its because the servers have a limit to how much they can handle before issues start arising (lag, crashing etc). I am sure during Open Beta and even before-hand they have stress-tested the servers on many occasions to see what was a relatively safe area to cap it off.

Anyway, they will most likely open more PVP servers if the Queue's keep up.
