well... it promotes them until they get into a GvG and their opponent flies to IoD and starts killing all the noobies they just "zerged" into their guild, and they get points for it lol

my prediction is most big guilds will zerg until that happens, then the REALLY big ones will simply make an "alt/noobie guild" and the others will just kick most their members :P


What server you playing on that has PvP enabled on IoD?

if youre in a GvG with someone who has a bunch of lowbies on IoD youre allowed to go and kill them even though theyre under lvl 11, and you get points for it.
