Out of combat regen?

Why is stamina in the game in the first place? I don't understand why. It just seems like it's something to break the flow of questing and doing a dungeon.

I personally like the stamina system. It's free HP/MP bonuses, and I just regen it when I'm at a outpost with one. And in a dungeon, it's a little breather before the boss(es).

I thought the low health regeneration was a feature to force the player to avoid/block as much damage as possible...

I hate that in dungeons if a single person dies you've gotta sit around for a few minutes around the fire while they regen their stam all the way from 0%

That's going to be fun in raids. One person dies... the raid has to wait. Another person dies... more waiting.

No one says you have to be at max stamina all the time (except for tanks maybe)...

There are stamina potions that can instantly replenish stamina. The thing is, the only stack I have of them I got from eggs...
