Red's can be attacked without penalty.

So if a lowbie tries to kill you, you can return the favor without getting infamy.

Now here's the question... can having a red name really be considered a "penalty"? Sounds more like a perk to me, lol.

Now, see what i think they should do, is add more levels to this. Say 3+ levels below ya, you get like 10-20 points, and if they are 2 lvl's below you to above ya in level, you get like 5-10 points. This way outlaws just can't flag, kill, run and hide to be safe 60 sec's after a kill.

Why do you hate PvP so much?

I think they should also increase the instance change cast time to 1 minute if your above say 200 points.

@lrebel, its not hating PvP... its identifying the people who like cheap wins... and leaves them with a giant target on their head... that I will happily cleave off with my axe... (not the target... their head)

I don't think that would help..it would just kill pvp and then its all boring and basically a pve server. I get killed by an outlaw I just shrug it off and move on. Find that person again then I kill on sight. Nothing to it. But putting so many limits to a system that is basically meant for a pvp server just kinda kills it.

It's a wonder to me why some of you players insist on playing on a PvP server. Reading the responses I've seen after the last CBT, the current ones on the patch notes thread and here I just fear what we'll see in CBT5:

- 10 infamy points are now awarded for every pvp kill.
- Every 200 infamy points a debuff will be applied to the player and lasts an hour per 100 points.
- GvG pvp kills will generate infamy points and killing a player lower level than you will remove war points from your guild.
- A pvp buff will be applied so that any player over 5 levels from you recieves an instant debuff to attack speed, attack power, movement speed and defense.

._. The future is grim. We are doomed.

One issue I see with the changes is that it needs to be a little easier to identify level. Let's say you're an outlaw and you don't know what level the player you are considering attacking is. You now must check their level, possibly losing an opportunity to attack, or at least the element of surprise. For PvPers this could be irritating, and showing the level of all players as at least a toggle option would be a welcome addition. Please correct me if I missed that they were adding this, but I know it wasn't there 2 weeks ago.
