Lol, that's perfectly fine. It's just when you do that for hours you should be punished for being a bully and not picking someone your own size.

Edit: Let me make this clear even for those idiots who don't understand this thread.

"Not picking someone your own size" is reference to LEVELS, people. So essentially if you're ganking someone 6 levels lower than you, you get a debuff. What that dumb@ss kin guy doesn't understand is that it's a debuff that makes it so that anyone can attack you for a certain amount of time.

That one sentence description was so in-depth now that I look back on it, how was I so blind? /sarcasm

I don't understand where this double standard for PvP came from. There's a TON of things that influence how 'fair' PvP is, and the entire point of an MMO is to get more gears/level/skill than your opponents, and to use those to your advantage. If you want a completely fair PvP server, it's called PvE server and only dueling people of the exact same level and matching gear.

Is me ganking someone of a similar level with a group of my guildies fair? No.
Is me killing someone who's low from trying to fight a BAM fair? No.
Is me 1v1ing someone of a similar level when he has basic, and I have full dungeon gear fair? No.
Is me killing someone a much lower level than me fair? No.
Should someone be punished for any of those? No.

Hrm, like Alesiana said....I think there's gonna be a Guard system controlled by the Vanarch. I've heard players can actually be jailed.. Anybody know more about that?

That would be interesting. Then the rest of the idiots who think PvP is all about ganking would be put in their place like that kins guy, lol.

If you look back into history of mmo's its easy to realize that making an outlaw not be able to enter a safe zone makes sense... Once their Outlaw flag goes away, that person may once again be able to enter a safe zone. The problem is that, atm there is no penalty for pking... Which doesn't make sense....

This should not be implemented, go ahead and kill OWPvP by implementing it if you must, but don`t complain when theres no PvP on a PvP server.

There is no problem with there being no penalty for Pking, that is how a PvP server works, making a penalty kills PvP, the infamy system is enough of a penalty, kill one lowbie and youve got 5 hours of being able to be killed by anyone anywhere and they dont even have to go outlaw to pile you.

Lets see how many people decide to go infamous when release rolls around knowing the consequences and negative effects it will have on his leveling process.

People get out of this BETA mindset and think towards release, theres a low level cap and no consequences as these players will be deleted, nobody cares about anything, it wont be like this on release, even so, whatever -this- is right now...

I AM LOVING IT. Haven`t had this much fun in PvP ever.

It's ganking that has been "modified" by En Masse. Although that modification has done nothing to benefit the gankee's.

Noo.. that's ridiculous..
Because hiding inside a safezone because you're red is the perfect way to promote PvP...

Seriously why even bother having pvp in the game. I mean come on Outlaws are dirty disgusting animals who shouldnt be allowed to exist, should they?

Why is it that if you dont like the outlaw system you rolled on a pvp server? IF you dont want to have to deal with outlaws and their disgusting animalistic behaviours roll on the pve server and problem solved.

I dont see all the red names hiding in towns I do however see them out on the maps looking to go even redder. WHY should they be OVER penalised for playing a facet of the game you dont approve of??

If you're all for having Reds to finish their fights, EME should make it so the person attacking/being attacked by the red, that NEITHER of them are safe in the zone untill one of them is dead.

There, a system that doesn't punish Outlaws for doing exactly as the server intented, and both sides don't have to worry about the person they're trying to kill, hiding.
