Why are people still arguing about this? Talk about beating the [filtered] out of a dead horse. LFD is in, its confirmed, multiple times. Its going to be the exact same LFD KTera uses, and that EU Tera is going to use. If you don't like it, don't use it/get over it. But for [filtered] sakes stop arguing about it.

Yes I'm aware that it's still going in. For some reason people are still balling their eyes out not wanting it to go in. Hopefully you're not one of those?

Anyways... my stance on cross server is basically this...

As long as it works. I'm happy

However, every MMO needs a cross server LFD now. Especially when a game just launches. You want your population to spread out across multiple servers. Not have them all zerg one server causing lag/crashes/queues. If people can't find groups on unpopulated servers they will rush to populated ones. That's going to cause huge problems.

Anyways I think I've ranted on long enough. I've already posted on opinions on why LFD cross server is good... no point in repeating.


My stance on LFD is this: I dislike it, I didn't like it in WoW and I've known several people personally that don't like it in WoW. But, it's going (cross server or non) in TERA. I'll take the lesser of 2 evils then and keep it with same server.

I'd like to think that servers will stay a bit more spread out because of server vs server endgame content, but we all know that isn't going to happen, everyone loves a full server.

Best solution: One gigantic server that houses all the players, but I think we're a bit far off from that super computer ;)

I see people still find the need to make more threads... Just keep posting in the same one already >.>

Also, how many polls have we had now? They all show the same thing. Majority want LFD. It splits 50/50 at Cross-Server vs No Cross-server. I hope EME is well aware of this. Either decision is going to make a lot of people sad/angry. GG on this situation people!
