I think people are over-reacting. Be grateful you are even keeping your character from the OBT over to launch, that in itself IS a head start, since you are ahead of those who didn't pre-order.

I don't get why MMO players of now feel that they are entitled for everything.

I want the cap gone. I took work off long ago just for headstart, just to find out i get 4 hours of content. I didn't preorder as much for the mount, it's a nice bonus but i like the idea of an early start, 6 levels isn't that much :/ I vote for the cap to be removed, or at least changed, I understand they don't want people to get level 60 during head start, but should at least reward the preorders with something new.

We all expected OBT to be wiped, like every other MMORPG company has done over the past 15 years.

EME are breaking that normal string of events with this tactic.

Keeping your OBT characters is just another advertising gimmik to sell more Pre-orders, as you only keep your characters if you Pre-Order before May 1st, if you don't Pre-Order before May 1st after making characters, those characters get wiped.

What people don't understand is, when us players who power to end game content get forced to stay at a certain lvl, We will humor ourselves by griefing people. So if your a slow lvler then i pitty you in OB and Headstart

CAP OB.. uncap Headstart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leave the cap was bad enough having lvl 38 camping lowbie areas last thing we need is lvl 60 players camping the low level areas. Imagine how many players would quit the game because they cant even level anymore o.0

That and i work weekends so after I cap I dont have to worry about getting behind until im off work on monday ^^;;

It's not like you can't play after you hit cap. Do some crafting, some guild quests, gather some equips to sell, level an alt or 7 for that matter. This shouldn't be a big freaking issue

You say people will be camping lowbies, that'll happen at ANY time not just if they take off the cap or raise it. If they take it off, people will be trying to get good gear & whatnot, i don't think anyones focusing on getting infamy right now.

Let them camp and grief lowbies, they will be keeping that infamy since their will be no wipes for them (well at least those who pre-ordered). Plus just upping the cap, that only just means a much higher level for people to still go back and camp lowbies if they wanted to, so really it changes nothing in terms of who is being griefed or not.

You actually have things to do at 60, rather than grief lowbies. Also keep in mind that a 38 griefing and a 60 griefing is no different, from the griefed players PoV; they get one shotted no matter what.

Actually alot of FTP games are known for not wiping OBT. This is my beef...

You can either put a cap on OBT or you can force us to play only one character per server but you cant do BOTH!!!

Seriously I can deal with the cap but what am I going to do on headstart when I reach the cap 3 days into OBT?
