What does this mean exactly. Does it mean we can now go from Lumbertown to Cutthroat Harbor without first having to go to Velika? Or did they just shorten the Pegasus ride.

Means less of a need to go to Velika.

Specifics, I do not know. But I imagine you'll be able to go from Tulufan to Castanica to Cut throat.

Something like that. There will just be less of a need (if any) to make a stop in Velika.

Pretty much you don't need to head back to the main town anymore to head to other teleport spots.

I.e. Either both continents are linked now, or you can easily fly around each continent without making a stop into main cities.

Clarification would be good.

this HAS been clarified...... many times.... it just means there are direct route to all Pegasus points. That you don't have to go to a major city hub fist. I believe this week's TERACast has clarified this, If I remember correctly...

You can fly anywhere in the REGION you are currently in. For example. If you are at Lumbertown, you can fly to Tulufan, Popolion, Pora Elinu, Cuttthroat, ETC.

If you need to go to a zone around the Amani city, you'd have to fly to that city first. If you need to go to a zone in the elf city, you'll have to go to the city first.

Keep in mind there is teleport scrolls available at every general merchant for each city, and then local ones at local merchants that you can use to avoid the flying time.
