... I know there have been posts made by Frogster on EU forums stating that it's not guaranteed to be in by launch, but they're trying to get it in.
However, personally, I do not wish to see the content at launch and I will explain why.
***PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION, you can most certainly give feedback on it but keep it civil and constructive***
1) We don't need a major patch at launch. There is plenty of content to explore, plenty of dungeons to clear and plenty of equipment to enchant. In how many games do we actually revisit old content? My examples: WoW and Aion (West and East)
WoW: No one does ulduar, no one does ICC, no one does BT, because there is no reason to outside of achievements/cosmetics. If someone picks up the game today, they're not going to stop to explore these raids, and infact they'll skip entire zones because they just wish to hit max level and experience the game with the rest of the community. I dont blame them, I would do the same, but thats plenty of good content wasted for that player that he/she may never experience fully.
Aion: No one does Dark Poeta outside of getting stigma slots (i think theres a quest now that just gives it to you now anyways) because theres no reason to outside of getting skins if you're interested. Same reasoning as WoW, new players simply wont bother unless they're bored at 55.
2) I believe it would be better for us to receive the patch 1-2 months after launch. Obviously taking 4-6 months would really just be milking the subscription, but I feel there is more than enough content to explore for the 'casual crowd' (by which i mean people who have jobs and wont play 16 hours a day) to last at least 2 months after launch.
Overall, I honestly believe that keeping the Argon Queen patch from the players at launch would help the game launch strong. Remember how rift had major content patches every 1-2 months at launch? It kept people coming back month and month again until it eventually slowed down. Would it not be better to get lauch, then a major patch in June, and then by that time KTera would be working on another big patch which we would probably get by the end of the year.
Now I know what you're all going to say, 'Well you don't have to skip the content if you don't want to, no one is forcing you to play past 58', which is a valid point but really its a decision between being castrated from the majority of the community or skipping content. I want this game to succeed just as much as the next guy, and I know for a fact that if we get Argon Queen patch on launch, it wouldn't hold me for as long as if we got it 2 months after launch.

Our max level will be 60 so all those 58 max level dungeons would have been a waste. We have shuffled them around -- some up and some down.
We will have more detailed information on it closer to open beta but it should create a much smoother progression to 60 as well as a good amount of content at level 60.
