Player Housing?

Has anyone heard about housing in Tera NA? I absolutely love the game so far, but was just wondering if there was anything to customize (other than characters) in the game.

I heard that new f2p game "RaiderZ" has player housing. Even if this is only thought about down the road, I think that just an instanced room would be fun to customize.

Again, still love the game so no flaming please :)

I dunno actually, when I was exploring Velika in the beta I did notice some streets on the north part of the city.

Long alley with big banners, smaller alleys attached with several doors to house and big wooden signs with house symbols painted on it.

I wonder when I saw this if this was a future area for player houses or even Guild housing.

Nope, news to me if there is--but I don't really dig around offsite for new Tera related information. I know Aion had a housing system in their most recent patch. It would be fun to play with but I'd probably end up not using it even if they did implement it. Nevertheless--it wouldn't be a bad addition, in my opinion.

I was roaming the internet for an answer and I found another player who noticed something similar.
Maybe you're right and they've already created a space for a latter expansion.

These areas could also be for the guild housing.. so still unsure about individual player housing.... I wonder if the guild housing will be customizable? (at least for the guildmaster)

Actually as I can remember reading about tera

Each capital has I think 13 total guild houses total (10 or 13... some low number like that)

The guild house can be used by the guild who gets it,

Guild houses can only be accessed, gained at the 3 main capital cities

Only the best guilds will get guild houses the rest will QQ :D

hmm, i do recall seeing a "not available" sign or something around those areas in cbt3.

I decided to not worry about it, since those things would for sure be available later on.

i thought they were going to be special shops, like you know how in Aion that had that shop where you go buy useless clothes? Like a Tuxedo with 0-def or a dress?

but i never thought about guild housing. that be so cool :3
it'll be my favorite place to afk ;)
