I am currently on a pve server and some friends of mine got the game and made characters on a pvp server but I am unable to transfer to a pvp server. I do not want to have to start over, please implement an option to allow us to transfer from a pve server to a pvp one.

lol, every game it's the same.
People want to level up in safety, get all their gear, then switch to PK servers.

Ain't going to happen. might eventually get to move a PvP character to a PvE server, but that's the best you will ever get.
Leveling on a PvP server is suffering, for whatever reason there are people that "enjoy" that suffering, they see it as a l33t badge of honor, and justification to visit it upon other players once they make it to the top.
I don't know why, or even care to know why anymore; it is just how it has always been since the dawn of MMO's.
To allow others to bypass the suffering of having to level up on a PvP server will enrage hardcore PvPers faster then just about anything else you could say or do to them, and seeing how hostile they are most of the time anyway, I shutter to think of the category 5 [filtered] storm such a feature would create.

I DO NOT support this thread.
If you want a pvp/pve character make one, no one is stopping you.
There is way too much server hopping going on as it is.

No it's not. I've been re-leveling on BC after SI and I've only run into 2 PVP encounters the entire time. Almost 37 now and I've only been ganked once.
The servers aren't crowded enough to be suffering.

I'm personally against the idea. server transfers shouldn't be as easy as they are already.
The last thing we need are PvE players coming to the PvP servers it just wouldn't work right.

Leveling on a PvP server might be much safer now, but the first month the game was out, you were constantly watching your back.
You went PvE to avoid PvP. Now you are level 60 and getting bored and want to switch over to a PvP server with all your precious shinies. Sorry, but that isn't how things work.
