LFD and the Political system contradict eachother? You heard it here first folks, MYSTERIES OF THE UNIVERSE SOLVED!
Look... I play Eve, we hardly ever see more than 100 people (whom arnt in our alliance/corp) on a daily basis. Yet we still manage to find the right people to campaign for the CSM or Council of Stellar Management, a group who communicates directly with CCP (game developers) to make sure the content theyre putting out is quality and the players are being heard. We also manage to track down and gather information when its of strategic importance maybe about a region weve never been to and have no experience in. My point? Being instanced or separated from over 90% of the community we still manage. If that doesnt "kill" the community than LFD which has hardly any impact on server communities anyways.... will live get over it.

Is it the tool people like or don't like or the cross-server part?
Fixed it, anyways seriously LFD is fine... stop freaking out over something you havent even given a shot yet. EME has drastically changes KTera to fit the needs of the western community. If for some unfathomable reason LFD doesnt do well im sure they'll implement a change. So stop making QQ threads and relax.
So whoever doesn't agree with you is "uninformed/inexperienced" right? Good to know, I'll be sure to check with you for my talking points from now on.
Yeah, I played WoW before and after LFD. I like LFD in WoW. But Tera =/= WoW. Even without LFD in WoW there is no point in having a rep on your server. But Tera added the political system so you need a rep. The political system is totally dependent on each server having it's own community. We need to be able to tell who the ninja looters are, we need to know who the cocky self-centered tanks are. We need to know who randomly kicks people they don't like. How did we find that out if they are running with people on other servers?
I don't have to "give it a shot" to see that the two things are totally in contradiction to each other. And not one person was able to explain how LFD helps the political system but plenty were able to point of the damage it would cause. Thus unless you have any special insight to share, I'm going to trust my own instincts on the matter.
