One-Use Items vs. Account Items
One-Use Items
These items are able to be redeemed one time only on one character, so choose carefully.
Account Items
Items listed in the "Account Items" tab of the Item Claim can be redeemed on every character you create on your game account. If you decide to make an alt on a different server to play with some friends, you will still be able to show off your lion mount!
Soo... No more "pre-order items on every character" plan?

The Preorder and CE items are both "Account Items". There are apparently other items that might be One-Only though. But all of our characters get the preorder and CE stuff, no worries.
