I'm pretty sure, I'm not the only person who has noticed this/has been bothered by it. But when ever you go into PvP/Outlaw mode, your HP bar thus turns red upon receiving damage... this wouldn't be a problem normally, except that, it STAYS that way after PvP ends. By ' stays that way ' I mean, the HP displayed in the bar above a players head does not update... it displays your HP at the last moment you were in PvP. So be it at 10% or 95% it will stay that way... it's very irritating especially as a healer class. Having to glance at the party panel to see someone's HP is something every healer does often, but the fact that HP displayed above a person's head isn't updating properly is a big issue... why hasn't this been fixed yet?

Because it's not a health bar. It's an Infamy Bar.

Okay, that is the most retarded thing I've heard.... If its not an HP bar, and an infamy bar, in which case i'm assuming you mean only displays HP while your infamous, thus in PvP combat.. Why does it not simply ' vanish ' once pvp combat has ended/been turned off.
Also, would it be so hard as to make a healer NOT go into PvP from healing a player with Infamy in a PvE instance? That's when it gets REALLY annoying. To all of a sudden go into PvP because I healed a player in an instanced dungeon. Thus making every HP bar i see, red and NOT update, when they are healed or damaged. It could show 100% HP and yet the player could undoubtfully have nearly 10% HP left.

Can't make it more clear then I've already stated. May as well add the blue circle = anyone can kill you since that's PvP related as well.

This is why healers have been to known quickly start a vote kick to anyone with Outlaw enabled, and in an instance. Makes it hard to see the person health without looking at your UI and or if they are debuffed.
Best bet would be to add a different bar above the characters heads. One for health, standard thick bar, with the other below it and thinner.

The really irritating part about this in PVE isn't so much the bars, but that the bars share the same color as the ones for mobs. So basically I group up with someone who's got infamy (I'm a priest) and now I'm stuck with the stupid bar as well as my group members. When they go into a pack of mobs or behind a BAM, all I see is a bunch of red bars and it makes it incredibly difficult to heal.

Hope a fix comes for this sooner rather than later. This game really needs some polish and small system tweaks. It'd be nice.

and BTW why he meant was the RED bar in top of your name or under when PVP starts.
