Outlaw system on Tera's homesite and confirmed In Twitter. You will need to declare to Pvp and do It each time since this affect will wear off. Pvp gauges these will tell you where you can and can't O-Pvp, hence there will be restrictions where you can Pvp. I would think newb island and MAYBE a city would be the only restrictions, but I am not hopefull. I just hope there are no dungeon finders or channells on Pvp servers, not sure about those two issues as of now.

There will be a dungeon finder of sorts.... not a WoW clone one but just as effective.
And there will be channels for the first weeks or so between lvls 0-20 roughly, until the people who are leveling spread out a bit

It's basically a flag, except you can attack non-flagged players. As far as we know right now.

That's a good way of putting it, especially the last part. I keep forgetting you can attack anyone if you're flagged, which is different from other games. Should be interesting. I know there are more details we have yet to learn, but this isn't sounding so bad.

If I remember correctly the Vanarchs of the different regions can decide whether their regions are pvp enabled or pvp disabled.
