I reread my posts. It wasn't my intent to imply that i wasn't the pvp rules changed. I just want to read why the free roam pvp thing was so important. So to sum what i gathered.
A company won't make a non level based mmo.
As a result, people put up with the griefing at lower levels.
Pvpers get to end level, they pick fights or fights happen organically (sp?)
This leads to gvg wars or just open field battles?
whats the difference between unrestricted 0-pvp and ffa pvp?

on Riko's matter I think a solution could be a penalty for a lvl 58 killing a lvl 11, like for example in Aion, there is a reward system for pvping, but if you killed a lvl 10 being you a lvl 50 there was no reward at all so people know its pointless to bother the lowbies, Or Lineage2 and its karma system, kill a low level al you gain really high karma and that bad, I'm not saying they should punish us for killing lowbies, just give us a reason to make it pointless.
personally I don't care about this, I'm just saying that because of all the fuzzing. I'm a hardcore pvp'er and I like TERA's system just as it is right now and the more I learn of it the more I like it. FFA FTW!

That is not feasible for open world PvP in an MMORPG. If that's what you what then you shouldn't be playing MMORPGs.
However pointless it is to kill a low level, people will do it anyway.
Part of the package if you roll on a PvP server, to be frank. I roll on PvE servers when I don't want to deal with that crap.

Do these quotes repersent how the pvp community looks at pvping in games? If so that makes more sense.
tbh even though I might not enjoy being ganked by a high level player, in the end it all adds to my very memorable pvp-ers experience and journey on my way to max level =]
Oh i know the ganking/griefing will occured. I just wanted to know why it wasn't possbile to have chance against anyone. That was answered. Mmo don't work that way. Which if that is the case then so be it. I guess I was just asking to much.
