Waited 3 hours and got in on the last boss of balders. Had to explain the fight the the group and also massively out geared them. Party then proceeds to not listen to what i say and they die thus we wipe. Get back into the instance, they say i suck then kick me. Gotta love pu groups.

I know how that is, i tried explaing the bosses in Fane, and they decided not to listen, so we wiped at the lancer boss everytime, due to all the other dps not attacking the pillars. And then they say that I fail...Im done with random groups. Its time to get the "Dream Team" together lol

Since you have so many friends, I'm curious as to why you didn't get one of them to heal your instance for you if you wanted such a specific setup.

If you're so terrible that you can't handle completing an instance without the mathematically insignificant mystic crit buff, then you should probably not use the random dungeon finder. Dungeon finder provides random groups. A person with half an ounce of sense knows not to use it if you're going to be picky about group setup, rather than wasting everyone's time.

I should also mention this was ONE run where the mystic we were running with was having something to eat. Sorry, shouldn't let my friends eat; I'm such an idiot, gosh!

All in all, I dunno why you got so mad there. Either OP is your buddy, or you are a priest. Bro.

People are going to do this as long as the system encourages it. The dungeon finder needs some work. Specifically, the way party leadership, kicking and cooldowns are handled is awful.

- Cooldown for queuing again should begin when you enter, not when you leave.

User case: After 20 minutes in a group where only 3 of us were even trying (one guy never entered, one guy entered and went AFK the whole time) I finally left to find another group. Boom, cooldown. Why?

- If you don't enter the dungeon in time, you should be removed from the group.

User case: I got into a group where the party leader never entered the dungeon, leaving us with a broken group and no way to kick anyone and backfill the party.

- If you are kicked, you should incur no cooldown at all.

User case: The OP in this thread, berserkers everywhere.

Personally I don't think there should be a Dungeon Deserter debuff AT ALL. It was not a good solution in WoW and it's not a good solution here. All it does is create edge cases where legitimate users get punished.

Hi , i have a question , i keep seeing people complaining about very long Que time , i am curious why is this long Que thing happening? In wow ,i used to wait about between 3-20 minutes and i was in . From my point of view , this is caused by 2 reasons:

1. Too few dungeons compared to Wow.
2. Too few players compared tot Wow.

Is this correct? The Que system takes ages to get a party going because there are not enough people queing? But how can this be? Everybody is complaining that they wait a lot.... so why doesn't the Que system match them together? I cannot understand how you can wait in a game with tenths of thousands of players online , 1-3-4 hours to get into a party.... there must be at least 9-10.000 players online at any time ... right? ... so what's happening?


There is only ONE reason, and that is the lack of tanks.

If Tera has 10,000 Dungeons there would still be a queue because there weren't enough tanks.

If Tera has 10 times as many players as WoW, there would be a queue because there aren't enough tanks. More players doesn't solve the issue.

On May 16th, 2012 Territ Enhancement Suite Guild members were reported to be kicking players from instances without any explanation and locking people out of their dungeon queues. When brought up to TES Guild Leader "Sylley". He Claimed they do not condone this behavior and action would be taken against the members. Since then no action has been taken and members have gotten nothing but a slap on the wrist, leaving uncontrollable thugs let loose on the citizens of Shara and Arun.

Do YOU want Sylley would run a police government of thugs where you have no say?
Do YOU want Ganking in your own backyard while your just trying to quest and threaten to hand over your materials?
Do YOU want High taxes on your hard earned loot? If it isn't taken away first.

Uh-huh. Your guild is consistently a lot worse than this alleged behavior. Exhibit A: http://i.imgur.com/tDJaa.png As your guild member said, you don't care if everybody hates your guild, so I don't expect you to do anything about this person, which arguably is a much larger offense than what these Territ people allegedly did. Kicking one DPS out for (allegedly) no good reason, sure, that's a [filtered] move, but you're only wasting one person's time. Arriving in an instance as a lancer, who is almost guaranteed to have an instant queue once the 15 minute dropout debuff wears out, and leaving the other 4 people to have to wait in the queue for over an hour again, is a much larger [filtered] move.

I have no other proof to display here, but as others have said in this thread, Rub and Tug likes to /gquit right before dying in a GvG war, and I believe you may be one of the guilds that leaves glead on a low-level, never online alt. If you're not, I apologize for saying that, but I know there are a lot of guilds that do that.

You don't care about your reputation. That's fine, why should I care if you don't care. We do care about our reputation. The situation has been dealt with internally. Just because you can't see any visible change doesn't mean nothing has been done. You don't fire somebody just because they [filtered] up once. Nobody will ever learn from their mistakes if they are not given a second chance.

I, for one, will never use the instance matcher again. It just isn't worth the headache involved, and you're much more likely to get matched up with a huge [filtered] like Opa.

Please keep your paranoid delusions that people are stalking you via the forums under control, little buddy. One doesn't need to group with you to see a terrible, douchey player for what they are. I'm so sick and tired of this sh*t happening. It's absolutely rediculous. Idiots who kick people after they qeue for additional support need to be punished in some way or form-- or change the way the system works. I've been qeued for three hour at least, and just as I'm about to give up and log off (thanks to no interesting endgame content) I get an 'additional recruitment for Balder's Temple' message, accept, and enter. After waiting about two minutes for people to speak up and inform me of what we're doing, I get kicked without a word. My cooldown then activated, locked out of BT for an hour.
