Korean gaming site inven had the chance to do another interview at BHS yesterday and thanks to that, we now have lots of new information regarding part 2 of the Argon Queen update. As always, these are my fan translations, some information may not be 100% accurate, names and terms (content even) are very likely to change in the western version.

/less important for us, but korean gamers get our prologue dungeon too/

Stamina System and Improved Warrior and Lancer tanking

As previously discussed in an interview, the Stamina Bar will be introduced to further enhance tanking abilities.
Players have a fixed ammount of Stamina to use, it regenerates slowly and enemy attacks help to regain them.



With the addition of Stamina, Warriors won't neccessarily need to actively rely on their MP consuming evading skill cooldowns as with the usage of stamina evading will be more fluid.

New Warrior Skills

Cross Defence

Cross your swords to defend yourself from incoming frontal attacks. The maximum damage value that can be blocked depends on your equipment. Skill is used just like the Lancer's blocking skill, as long as you keep pressing the button, you will block.




Smokre Agressor Jaunt

(a bit unsure about the description here and there)
Summon a spirit that will knock out the enemy for a short time and take over your aggro. At the same time the caster will be teleported 15 meters away from the summoning spot.



Rupture


(thanks to jaehyole for correcting this)
Rotate your body and swing your blades at the enemy. Rupture uses the stacks to explode and debuff the target, debuffed enemies will take 25% more damage. The skill needs 5 stacks to be used, the more stacks you have the more damage you can make.



New Lancer Skills

Overwhelm

(thanks to jaehyole for correcting this)
Jump with your shield towards the enemy and slam it to the ground knocking down the target. Overwhelm can be used faster after certain skills.


Backstep

Exactly the same skill as the current one.



New Dungeons and Instances

Argon Meldithia

According to the reports of the Federation, in the western part of Granarkus a new harvesting facility has been built by the Argon, you are to stop them at all costs.

The instance will feature new boss monsters as well as new attack patterns.

Both normal and hard modes are expected.

Shiruka Passage

After the destruction of Thulsa's laboratory Malachy continues to conduct his researches and studies about the Core in this passage that has been well separated from outsiders. The crystal lens has to stay intact, defend it!

This instance works pretty much like the Temple of Temerity, defend the lens and do additionaly tasks to get rewards.

Shandra Manaia

The Argon Queen herself can be found deep in her Argon fortress, isolated from the world she controls the ongoing war viciously. How much will she sacrifice for the sake of the 'Creator'?



As the real final boss of part 2, the instance will have a high difficulty level. As with Kelsaik back when it was introduced, this fight is going to showcase new mechanics in several phases.

Sealing, Luxing without Stress

Allthough this is not new to us, it is new to korean players. No more stress with enchanting and those random bonuses, you can now lock the bonuses you truly need and enchant as intended.



Battle Grounds reintroduced and an impoved Raid UI

BGs will be reintroduced and from 10vs10 the numbers have been pushed up to 15vs15 with a cross server party matching mechanic.

New BG maps will be introduced and new set of rules are on their way too.

A new and better Nexus system is coming with 2 new raid contents called 'Nexus Dimension' (tentative name). This will feature new rewards while doing the 3 stages of the invasion.

PS: as these were all discussed during an interview and there was no ETA etc. for the update itself, there's plenty of room for changes and additional information the may come.

Ok so i guess copy and paste doesn't work for the images but you can just read it in the link XD. Also now warrior are OP as hell can people stop [filtered]ing about it? although seriously stamina was enough that block is over kill -.-

what the F*** where they thinking?

lancers and warriors just got completely broken, and I dont see anything detailing what's being changed to the other classes - so lets hope for the best.

as for me, im struggling to figure out if I'm gonna roll a lancer or a warrior, not sure which one is more blatantly over powered.

lancers with a new escape/gap closer, and another gap closer that's a KD on command.

warriors with block and 872398723 I frames, and a 125% extra damage buff?

hey slayer, why dont you distant blade down this clothy now that he takes 225% damage.

Warrior by far, even if lancer have new gap closer or attacks still weak as well, and honestly as a lancer you don't want to get away, you want to be closer XD But ya warrior = most op class, dodge with no cd with stamia, a 3rd escape skill, GODLY debuff, and block -.-

Also you misread its 5% per stack up to 5stack so only 25% total not 25% per stackXD

I know people QQ like crazy over seemingly stupid things.

But God, I hope this isn't going to be a reality. I worked so hard to level my archer to 60. I worked even harder to level my Lancer to 60 so that I can do dungeons.

And now they're going to make warriors very, VERY powerful, and make them pretty much the same as the class that I spent so long to level.

My Lancer is almost worthless now. (in my eyes.)

If this comes to reality, I won't [filtered] on these forums. I'll simply stop playing. I don't have the heart to level another character to 60, nor do I have the heart to deal w/ nonsense.

As far as I understood it, tanking as a warrior was supposed to be difficult. Your class is a DPS class, focusing on attacks that deal DAMAGE.

My Lancer was a pure tank. Doing little to no damage to mobs, and being able to absorb a tremendous amount of damage.

I really don't know how to feel.

i REALLY hope they do... so they can all whine and cry when the inevitable nerf bat hits and I can go back to being speshul :D but i'll be damned if i won't enjoy being completely freaking broken for a few days XD

honestly it really all depends on the block rating :( if it's too high it's OP if it's too LOW... then why bother the debuff isn't needed at ALL(don't get why we need MORE daamge boosts) and the 3rd dodge/teleport alone would be more then enough on top of the stamina dodges.

Personally(and i'm probably going to regret this) ditch the block/debuff gives us the stamina dodge and the shadowclone port for those BIG moves that even DfA can't handle and warrior tanks would be fine DPS don't need a buff and block ... meh has to be enough to block minor hits or it's pointless and since they aren't important ANYWAYS
