Dear En Masse,

I (We) appreciate that you guys finally got the server status section on the Tera Loader/Launcher. But tbh, its pretty useless isnt it? The only useful information you can get from this page is if there is a server queue. One would expect a "Server Status" page to display if the servers are up/down. Please correct me if im wrong :)

Secondly, I (We) would appreciate it if you guys would actually use the "Server Status" section of the website (or the loader if it actually displays the up/down), and actually keep it upto date (even if the server is down for 5 minutes). That will be the first place players will rush to if they have issues with the server. And its pretty Fail right now that the server maintenance is supposed to be happening, im unable to connect to any server, and the "Server Status" page actually says all the servers are UP.

Please put more effort into this. I have noticed this more times than i would like to see.

Pretty reasonable and simple requests to simply meet `par` for game server status.
If EQ could do it a decade ago, you guys can get this sorted too, EME.

I was just thinking the same thing. All the servers are unavailable at the moment but the server status page is all green. Doesn't make sense.

And here I thought I had some error on my end with the patch since the server status said they were up. That's a small relief.

I agree and have also made this point before as well. Glad to see others noticing.
