1) There are some open world raids (Nexus) - through the use of public groups.
2) Next patch we will 20-main Raid content (like Godshelp said).

Indeed, there will be in the future but I don't want to say there is something when it is yet to be.
It'd be like saying Diablo 3 has a PvP arena.
