If this question is answered in a FAQ somewhere, I beg your apology, I have not been able to navigate my way across it.

About an hour ago I pre-ordered the CE, which is finally available, thankfully, from the EME store. I haven't received any sort of confirmation e-mail, does it usually take awhile? Secondly, is the CBT key sent to your e-mail so that you can register it, or does it link a CBT account to your EME Account when you complete the pre-order?

The email may take a bit, but the beta key is applied directly to your account if you preordered from EME. You can check by clicking on the support tab up top, then hitting "Manage My Account".

If it says your account is active under the TERA listing under "Your Games", you're good to go.

If you have concerns, you can submit a ticket to EME Customer Support through the support tab. I can say from personal experience that they are excellent and will help to resolve your issues.

Thanks for the reply! That is comforting. I had the IGN key last round, so didn't worry too much about pre-ordering. Thanks again!

I just purchased the game but it isn't even showing under "Your games" I also haven't received an email of the invoice like it said it had.


Is that what you also are experiencing Netherwinder? Just so I know this is normal.

@Jemila In past instances, such info would appear rather quickly, though in your case, what with the debit card/bank issues, this may be outside of EME's control.

For replacement debit cards, they normally need to be activated by either using an ATM or dialing a phone number; you may wish to contact your bank and verify that the card was activated before contacting EME support on your purchase/pre-order status,

Haha just wish I could start downloading.

In Australia we only get 25mb/s line speed. So I guess in theory 24gig would be bit over 2 hours. But I sync at 20mb/s so 3 hours would be good estimate?
