Really? More censorship? Why were we not notified?

Might be prudent to edit your opening post in light of that. Wouldn't want to mislead any like-minded individuals into thinking something went down.

Done. I'd like to think that I'm fairly reasonable and I don't think my threat to quit wasn't warranted. It wasn't particularly because of the change itself but rather because they had done it before and if they were doing it again I didn't want to stick around for it to happen more in the future. I'd prefer that this game stay true to the original vision of the developers. If they change it too much then I'm definitely out of here.

Unfortunately for you and the rest of the journalistic world, you are yet to realise that games are not art.
Little girl's panties might have taken an artist to make, but they are not art.
High Elf flaps might have taken an artist to make, but they are not art.

They aren't pornography either and I don't feel a reasonable person would find them offensive, but the point is, they are free to censor the parts of the game they do not want sensationalist media to take a hold of and campaign against them over.

It's the danger of the US market, there are far more idiotic conservatives afraid that their own erection will earn them a spot in hell, then there is people willing to unashamedly enjoy metal bikinis.

Get a load of this guy. Games are art. Music is art. A chef is an artist of food.

How can you look at the scenery in this game and not think of it as art? If you don't consider that art then I think you don't quit understand what art is.

I don't care about metal bikinis, because I don't like to cosplay as a girl.

But, to each his own, yeah?

It must be awesome being your brother/friend. Can't play a game for themselves, only for you.

Some people have principles. I don't like it when people butcher the source material to "appeal to a wider audience" it pisses me off. Let things be the way they are. The whole appealing to a wider audience nonsense is why most games nowadays are so terrible.

Some people DO have principles and don't want to see half naked characters running all over the place. It seems as though the only outbursts concerning armor is when the female characters are getting a little (very little) more clothing.

Not once have I heard people [filtered]ing about the male characters having too much clothing. How about male armor being a metal g-string? Or a little leather leaf covering the genitals.

Personally, I would rather have my guildmates or partymates focused on the game play not the "aesthetics" bouncing in front of them. And you guys really don't get why girls shy away from these kinda of games....

You picked the wrong game to play then. The gore and violence is fine though, right? It's just the natural human body that offends you, right? Just wanted to make sure we're clear on this because that's what you're saying.

Dressing in such a way as to represent yourself as a character or idea.

You could take another swing at playing the dictionary game, or you could try quoting an entire argument. Whatever floats your boat.

I'm not dressing in any way at all though. Maybe you should develop some reading comprehension.
