Has anyone put together any sort of table showing the different resources, where they can be found, what the required levels are and to what level they reward experience, etc?

As a more immediate need, I'm 42 and just recently moved to the other continent and while the mobs I'm fighting are 40, I'm still seeing things like Normetal and Star Essence and Shetla Fibers. At roughly 201 in all 3 of those, I'm not really sure where/when I'll start seeing something again that will give me experience?

Follow the storyline quest.

Westonia is where you start seeing the grade 4 nodes, and then when you get to Dragonfall you see the grade 5 nodes.
