Well if we pre-order from a retailer and they send us a email prompt with a receipt and we submit a ticket it to you guys with the receipt. Will you guys be able to send us a code to get into the Beta? Maybe this might help with the issue a little.
Cause I really want the items that go with the hard copy. But I don't want to miss the beta of testing
I already bought digital, but my man and I want to buy the physical collector too... so this will be great if they can do it

I bought digital. The only thing of the physical I was interested in was the CD, and that'll probably be available separate eventually.
It just gets worse each day makes It sadder. No codes from Gs. still just got back from another trip there. Nope Amazon people are haveing the same problem Slub.
My question is this, if we pre-order in-store like myself, i pre-ordered the Collectors Edition of the game. Will my characters ive made in beta get the CE items mailed to them when i put the CE codes in or however we are going to input them? OR are the characters i keep from beta just going to be left out of my Collectors Edition mounts and items?
When you enter your CE codes, they will apply to your account and all characters on your account. Yes, even your characters from Open Beta. Enjoy!
