This game's PvP is ungodly terrible pre 60. Sorcs will own you 9/10 because they can dismount stun and 1 shot you or knock off 90% of your hp while your stunned then finish u off with a lock on cast for ezmode..at 60 you can get 15% dmg reduction BUT Sorc's can still crit you with circle below your feet for 85k...Honestly haven't seen anything this bad since Vanilla WoW when Mages could Stack Spell power Trinkets and 1 shot kids what do u know were back in that era.
You guys must be really bad at this game. Why would you allow a sorc to get a lock on. If your a zerker, block all the CC's. If not dodge; dodge has invincibility you know...
This isn't WoW. Stop trying to chase down kiters. Sometimes the best thing you can do is run the other direction and let them follow you; lure them. Ranged DPS do NOT have 30~40m range you know.... -_- they actually have to get near you to attack you.
Also, don't PVE rotation them trying to get maximum damage. Try doing that and you will always lose to a decent player. Take your time and set up your moves. Don't just spam attacks.

also as a zerker you can glyph your block to restore MP when you successfully block something, so you could literally just sit in one spot guarding until your kite happy opponent either gets too close or tries to go around you.
and dont try to fully charge your attacks either, you tend to start within range or get in range after a sec and then your opponent sees what youre doing and just starts to move to a safer location (in many different ways), so just release it as soon as you can connect, a small hit is better then none at all.
ofc once you hit 60 and get iDoom you can basically stomp sorcs into the ground (ofc as long as you time it right, time it wrong and theyll still easily avoid you).
but all in all zerkers are not the 1v1 class, they are arguably the worst 1v1 class, so dont think that getting your [filtered] handed to you in a duel by a sorc means zerkers need fixing, it means you need to smarten up and focus on group pvp where zerkers rape instead.
